Hear from our CEO, Michael Slattery on our latest efforts to support our local environment.

We recognise that real estate is a significant contributor to global carbon emissions which is why we are committed to acting responsibly for a sustainable future.

In 2020, we set a 5-year ESG roadmap for positive change and we have been making significant progress.

In September 2022, we published our longer-term decarbonisation and climate resiliency targets and how we are going to achieve this.

We are committed to:

  • Reducing our Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 36% by 2030 from a 2021 base year. Our targets have been approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) methodology to ensure we are playing our part in limiting global temperature change to below 1.5 degrees, in line with the Paris Agreement.

  • Being a fully climate resilient business by 2030.

Our Actions
