Real estate has a significant part to play in reducing global carbon emissions.

At Logicor, sustainability is built into our business model, shaping how we acquire, develop, lease, manage and renew every asset in our portfolio. Our approach is organised around two pillars: Delivering Low Carbon and Enhancing Resilience. In 2025, we reduced our carbon emissions intensity by 40% against our 2021 baseline, surpassing our science-based 2030 target five years early. We're building on that momentum with a roadmap to 2035 that covers our operational emissions, supply chain carbon, renewable energy and building performance.

We have always believed that Acting Responsibly is imperative not only for society as a whole, but also in the long-term interests of our business, our stakeholders and the wider communities impacted by our activities. Today, that belief is stronger than ever.”
