Whistleblowing

It applies to Logicor’s suppliers, contractors, customers, investors, members of the public and any other third-party stakeholders of the Logicor Group.

Our members of staff should follow the appropriate procedure set out in the Logicor Staff Handbook that applies to them.

If you believe that a wrongdoing involving Logicor is, has, or could have taken place (for example, any breach of law or regulation, danger to the health and safety of any individual, damage to the environment, modern slavery or human trafficking, inappropriate disclosure of non-public information), please report it by following this procedure. 

To ensure compliance with applicable laws, anyone reporting a concern should do so voluntarily and for proper lawful purposes only. Please try to keep the matters you are reporting to facts as opposed to opinions or comments and refrain from providing any sensitive personal data unless this is essential to your submission.

Third parties can report any genuine concerns in good faith either directly to a member of Logicor’s senior management team or via our dedicated, confidential, external whistleblowing hotline operated by Safecall.

Alternatively, you can make a report via Safecall’s international freephone number +44 191 516 7749 where an interpreter can be requested. These channels are open 24/7 for your convenience.

Provided the local applicable laws permit it, you may make your disclosure anonymously or semi-anonymously. It will aid the investigation if you report on a named basis as it will be possible for us to discuss your concern in further detail.

Safecall is an independent organisation with impartial staff. The information you give will be passed on to an appropriate member of Logicor’s senior management team who will act on it without compromising you in any way. Any report will be treated in a confidential manner and will be properly investigated by senior individuals who are not implicated or otherwise linked to the alleged wrongdoing.
