Employee engagement

Engagement with our employees is core to ensuring we can provide a positive working environment for all employees and continue to adapt and make improvements in areas that matter most to our people. In our latest all-employee engagement survey with Great Place to Work in October 2022 85% of our respondents stated that “overall, and taking everything into account, this is a great place to work.” We received Great Place to Work certifications in 7 out of 8 eligible countries.

Learning & Development

We believe our people will flourish in a culture that fosters learning and development. Through our Learning & Development programme, we offer a range of learning opportunities to 100% of our employees including on diversity and inclusivity (see more below), sustainability and professional skills. Our programme is delivered through a blended learning approach through a variety of channels, promoting accessibility and inclusivity.

Health and Wellbeing

We offer a broad programme of wellbeing benefits, resources and activities to all employees. We continually enhance the office work-space environment for our employees, including achieving third-party recognised sustainability standards.

Our people are vital to our success and so is creating a working environment free from bias and rich in opportunities for all. We continue to implement and deliver initiatives to promote and celebrate diversity through various channels including through our HR team and our dedicated forum, Space to Be Me, our mentoring scheme and participation in external networks.
