Logicor facilitates Clipper’s growth requirements

Logicor’s UK asset management team utilised their extensive UK portfolio to complete a three-way deal at Sherburn 667. This enabled the previous tenant to dispose of the space, Clipper Logistics to acquire new space to serve its e-commerce contracts and Logicor to successfully and efficiently conclude their largest letting to date, which was also the largest leasing of an existing warehouse building in 2020.

The asset was built in the early 2000s, before the new fire security code in Spain was issued in 2004. One of Logicor’s main customers, Spanish 3PL Logiters, occupied two units of the building when Logicor acquired this asset from SEB Investment in September 2014. The third unit had been vacant since 2011.
