July 06, 2026 | Lizzie Beuzeval

6th July: Logicor today announces the sale of its operations in Hungary to Sinologistics.

The transaction includes Logicor’s real estate portfolio and the management team, led by Domonkos Joo.

The transaction is subject to approvals from authorities and is expected to close later in 2026.

The sale includes approx. 172.000 sqm over 8 assets, mainly located in Budapest, close to key transport networks.

Logicor has been present in the Hungarian markets since 2014 and built a strong local platform and team.

This transaction reflects our strategy in action. We are focused on allocating capital to the markets where we have the best opportunities to grow at scale.

“At the same time, we are pleased to transition our Hungary operations to Sinologistics - a Singapore-registered logistics park investment and operating platform - with deep industry expertise.

“We wish the team every success in Hungary.”

Ronald van der Waals

Regional Managing Director, Northern Europe, CEE and Nordics

Logicor will continue to focus on delivering against its broader European strategy, including capital recycling, development and growth in key logistics markets.
