22 Decembre 2025: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, and Kryalos have announced the acquisition of a c.72,000 sqm site in Tuscany in Serravalle Pistoiese, Pistoia, for the development of the second new hub in Tuscany.
The site, acquired through the Mazer fund, a Logicor-sponsored closed-end real estate fund managed by Kryalos, a private and independent asset management company with € 14.2 billion of AuM, is well positioned close to the key A11 road network and the interchange of A1-A11 roads that connect the Versilia coast, Livorno and Pisa ports. The city centre of Florence is just 20km away.
The project includes the construction of a logistics warehouse featuring 28,000 square meters of leasable space, with approximately 1,100 square meters designated for office use. The warehouse has a highly flexible design, allowing it to be divided into two units based on the specific needs of potential customers.
Construction is set to commence in the second quarter of 2026, with an estimated completion and delivery date in the second quarter of 2027. This new logistics hub in Serravalle Pistoiese will enhance Logicor's presence in Tuscany, following the completion of a 23,000-square-meter development in Quarrata (Pistoia) last September.
The hub will feature 28 loading bays, 50 truck parking spaces, and 100 car parking spaces, which will include charging points for electric vehicles. It is set to be BREEAM Excellent certified and will incorporate several sustainability-focused elements, such as a photovoltaic system and LED lighting.
