The New Recreation and Rest Area within Logicor’s parks in Budaörs’ is open!

Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has opened the new recreation and rest area within Budaörs, Hungary. The unique zone is dedicated to Logicors' customers occupying adjacent parks near Budapest – Shark, Pharma, and Camel.

The area features:

  • Outdoor shelters
  • Benches
  • A serene garden pond
  • Fireplace area
  • Over 30 trees and 300 shrubs

During the opening our customers and Logicor's representatives jointly planted trees and shrubs during the grand opening ceremony.

The project is i in line with our strategy to grow in key logistics markets. Sustainability is an important element of our developments and these trees that we have planted together will create a great place for our customers' employees to enjoy."
