Logicor launches a new warehouse and industrial development in PŘÍŠOVICE near TURNOV

10 December 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has successfully completed the development of its newest logistics park, Logicor Příšovice. This state-of-the-art project marks the company’s first logistics park outside of Prague, transforming a former brownfield site into a modern logistics hub.

Strategically located on the D10 highway, the park offers excellent connectivity between Prague (70 km), Mladá Boleslav, and Liberec (28 km). Spanning 20,500 sqm across two buildings, it is designed to accommodate production, storage, and office operations. Its direct railway access, with a dedicated siding next to Building A, is another advantage enabling tenants to establish a rail-road cargo terminal for seamless multimodal transportation.

Logicor Příšovice is tailored for customers seeking modern warehouses, production facilities, and premises suited for cross-docking operations.

During the construction of the logistics area in Příšovice, Logicor also thought about the needs of local residents and the environment.
