January 14, 2021 | Press Release

Logicor announces the successful placing of €650 million of unsecured bonds under the Group’s EMTN programme comprising a single tranche of ten-year notes with a 0.875% coupon and a maturity date of 14 January 2031.

The notes are rated BBB by S&P. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

We are very pleased with the success of our latest issuance, which was more than four times over-subscribed, reflecting continued strong demand for Logicor’s corporate debt from existing and new investors. This issuance will extend Logicor’s debt maturity profile and increase medium term financial flexibility whilst preserving the benefits of a fixed rate, predominantly unsecured debt structure."
