July 18, 2019 | Press Release

Further to its Euro bond issuances in November 2018 and April 2019, Logicor announces the successful placing of a further €1.85 billion under the Group’s EMTN programme. The proceeds of the issuance will be used to refinance existing secured debt.

Strong investor demand on the day of pricing enabled the issuance to be increased in size to be Logicor’s largest to date. The transaction, which launched on 8 July, comprises €850 million of 5-year notes with a 0.75% coupon and €1,000 million of 8-year notes with a 1.625% coupon.

This successful transaction demonstrates the continued strong investor demand for Logicor’s corporate debt which reflects our strategic focus on high quality, well located logistics real estate across Europe. Having now issued €4.55 billion we have made significant progress in transitioning to a more flexible, unsecured debt structure and with this latest issuance, we have concluded the refinancing of our Euro secured debt."
