Eva Sterner has joined Logicor as Senior Director, Head of Sweden and will lead the country operations and team.
Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has appointed Eva Sterner as Senior Director, Head of Sweden. Eva will oversee Logicor’s180,000 sqm Swedish portfolio, as well as 146,000 sqm currently in the development pipeline. The appointment signalss the commitment of the company to growing its presence in this area, where there is significant undersupply of modern, well located logistics real estate.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience earned over a 20 year career in real estate, most recently as Head of Development at Logicenters, the logistic platform of NREP, Eva will drive forward the development and acquisition programme and leasing activity for the country – supported by her team, based in Stockholm.
Logicor’s development activity is gathering pace across Sweden. Logicor Park Gothenburg completed earlier this year and Logicor Stockholm South is currently under construction, with steels up and soon approaching the highest point of the build. The site, which will reach the highest environmental standard, BREEAM Excellent, is situated close to key motor way routes and will be ready to lease in Q3 2026. Further development opportunities are available in Rosersberg and Staffanstorp.
