We own, manage and develop logistics real estate in key transportation hubs and close to major population centres across Europe.

Our portfolio of properties, spanning over 20 million square metres of warehouse space, and 18 countries, enables us to support over 2,000 customers.

We are headquartered in London and Luxembourg and have 300 people in offices across Europe, so we’re on the ground in the right places, with local knowledge and relationships to deliver advice and support.

Our real estate and the strength of our network enable our customers’ goods to move through the supply chain and into society, every day.

Leasing

We work in close partnership with new and long-term customers to provide property solutions which enable them to maximise the efficiency and flexibility of their operations.

We play a critical role in delivering our customers’ storage and distribution systems in their overall supply chains.

Refurbishment

We are creating a modern, sustainable portfolio through developing new assets, as well as modernising our existing, well located and strategic sites, targeting high sustainability standards.

We improve our assets through a variety of ways, including:

  • re-configuration,
  • building major extensions,
  • creating circulation space for more vehicles,
  • Better access points to increase the flow of goods increasing the flow of goods
  • Adding office and canteen space.

Developments

We have a growing set of development opportunities, coupled with a network of development partners and skilled people ready to develop warehouses, either speculatively or tailored for our customers.

Acquisition

We source a range of opportunities across Europe that allow us to satisfy our customers’ needs for modern logistics warehouses, today and in the future. Our acquisition programme targets core logistics locations and is focussed on land with the potential for future logistics development; funding agreements and forward purchases and standing assets with meaningful asset management initiatives.
