press release

Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has held a topping-out ceremony to celebrate the completion of  new terminal Logicor Park Backa in Gothenburg.

The important milestone, marking the near completion of Logicor Sweden’s first own construction, was celebrated on the 8th of April, with a ceremony attended by partners, agents, and other distinguished guests.

Acquired in 2023, the brownfield site has undergone construction since the summer of 2024, with the new logistics facility designed to meet ambitious environmental standards and targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.

Upon completion, the site will feature 6,200 square meters of leasable warehouse space and approximately 500 square meters of office space.

Logicor Park Backa is strategically located within a well-established logistics hub, just 10 kilometres from central Gothenburg. The facility offers seamless access to highway E6, connecting Gothenburg to major population centres such as Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen.
