PRESS RELEASE
Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has renewed three lease agreements with PostNord, the leading supplier of communications and logistics solutions to, from and within the Nordic region. The agreements include approximately 76,500 square meters of warehouse and terminal space across three key locations in Stockholm, Malmö, and Sundsvall.
Logicor’s properties in these three locations are vital logistics hubs that ensure robust connectivity and further support PostNord’s operational efficiency.
The lease agreement at Stockholm, Årsta, has been extended for a ten-year period. In addition, together with PostNord, Logicor is co-investing in LED lighting installations in all three locations, which will significantly reduce the business’s energy consumption.
In parallel, Logicor has invested in solar panels at the Stockholm terminal. The solar installation is projected to generate approximately 500,000 kWh annually.
