Logicor strengthens team in Sweden with new appointment

Teresa Villegas joins from JLL

Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has bolstered its team in Sweden with the appointment of Teresa Villegas.

Teresa Villegas takes on the role of Technical Manager at Logicor, having joined from JLL, and will lead on the company’s development projects in Sweden. Her role will involve Capex and ESG related projects alongside new development.

Teresa holds a degree in civil engineering with a focus on real estate and construction from the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH. In her previous role, she led key projects including office adaptations and complex hotel renovations.

Teresa joins at an exciting time in our business as we focus on creating a modern and sustainable portfolio in key markets where there is strong demand for quality space.

Teresa has experience working both with international and local clients. She has a strong interest in sustainability, which aligns with our responsible approach to development.
