DSV moves into newly extended 6,000 square meter terminal South of Stockholm

Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has played a key role in finalising the development of a 6,000 square meter terminal for the transport and logistics company DSV. This modern extension to DSV's existing logistics facility in Länna, Sweden, is located in a highly attractive last-mile location south of Stockholm.

The newly extended building offers DSV additional cross-dock space to support their operations in the area. The roof is designed to support solar panels, which, paired with overall upgrades to the facility installations, align with current energy efficiency standards.

Logicor and DSV have maintained a long-standing and successful partnership, and we are delighted to continue supporting them by providing this prime last-mile location in southern Stockholm. The new extension and modernisation of the terminal further strengthen our collaboration.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

The construction was completed and inspected at the end of October 2024. Tommy Allström Byggproduktion AB served as the contractor for the project, together with Alfred Consulting AB and Arris AB as the project team.
