Worldwide transport and logistic leader, GEODIS, is expanding its European relationship with Logicor, a leading European owner and manager of logistics real estate, by leasing 17,000 sqm of space at the Arendal 1:8 facility in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Arendal 1:8's scale and strategic location enable GEODIS to start operations at one well located last-mile facility, supporting their business operations and growth plans.
Arendal 1:8 is located close to the Port of Gothenburg and only 15 km to the west of Gothenburg city. It benefits from excellent connections to the regional motorway network which provide exceptional distribution access to Stockholm and Malmö in Sweden, as well as Oslo in Norway and the wider Nordic region.
The warehouse is a modern, flexible distribution facility benefitting from newly installed LED lightning throughout, a three tonne per square metre floor load capacity and a 10m clear height.
