Distribution Centre Tervahaudankatu 7 is located in Kerava, 30 km north of Helsinki with an easy access to highway E75 connecting the property to Helsinki, Lahti, airport, Vuosaari harbour and other parts of Finland. The property was built 1981 and the latest extension has been finalized 2010. The distribution centre consists of cross-docking warehouse and second floor ancillary office space totalling 68 000 sqm with clear hight of 12 m, 60 loading doors and with its own rail connection.
