Lye Valley Industrial Estate is located close to the A4036 and A458 Stourbridge Road. It offers good access  to the national motorway network with Junction 3 of the M5 located less than 5 miles to the east and Junction 9 of  the M6 10 miles to the North. Birmingham City Centre is just over a 30 minute drive while the Airport is  approximately 41 minutes away. Lye station is under a mile and offers regular services to Stourbridge and Stratford-upon-Avon.
