- Morrisons to expand supply chain capability across Southeast
19 March 2026: Logicor has secured Morrisons as the new customer for a 264,688 sq ft warehouse in Snodland, Kent, previously occupied by Tesco.
This deal expands Morrisons presence in Logicor's UK portfolio and supports its growing distribution network in the Southeast.
Strategically located closely to the key motorways of the M20 and M2, the facility at Snodland is in addition to an existing 331,625 sq ft unit in Northampton, which Morrisons has leased from Logicor for over 10 years.
The agreement follows Tesco's decision to vacate the premises, with Logicor negotiating with both Tesco and Morrisons to deliver a seamless back-to-back transition of occupation, which reduced carbon impact by reusing the chilled-store equipment and maintained effective operations.
