Logicor has let WA316, its 316,128 sq ft distribution warehouse facility in Avonmouth, Bristol - UK, to a global online retailer.
The household name e-commerce company has taken the facility on a new long-term lease, following Logicor’s comprehensive refurbishment of the property.
WA316 is situated on Western Approach, a well-established distribution park in the South West, home to many blue-chip companies. Located between Junction 1 of the M48 and Junction 18 of the M5, with frontage to the M49, WA316 offers direct access to the UK’s extensive motorway network.
