Over a decade ago, James and James realised the fulfilment industry could change for the better, so they set about disrupting logistics with agile, cloud-based technology that would grow sales, please customers, and optimise operations for hundreds of online brands.

James and James, were two Cambridge graduates trying to make ends meet by selling honey online. Spotting an opportunity within the fulfilment industry, they hatched a plan to capitalise on it (and to cause major, intentional disruption).

This disruption came along in 2010 in the form of James and James Fulfilment – the first, digital-native fulfilment house in the UK. From then, the growth of the company accelerated. The team established themselves in the US and earned a reputation for doing things differently and creating change for the better.

Today, James and James is a Fast Track 100 company with; two Queen’s Award accolades for Enterprise and International Trade, Financial Times 1000 status (two years running); and a growing team with over 200 employees.

The operation now has three global physical locations, ready to scale up any retail business: One in Ohio, US, one in Venlo, EU and one in the UK, at Logicor’s 196,933 sq ft logistics unit, Brackmills197 at Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.

To work closely with an innovative business like James and James and help grow their operations and thrive is a real pleasure, just as it is with all of our customers."
