Logicor, a leading owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed the development of a state-of-the-art warehouse in Mogoșoaia, Romania. The brand-new 38,000 sqm Building D, fully leased ahead of development completion, is part of the Logicor Bucharest I logistics park and offers fast distribution access to Bucharest and the rest of the country.
With the completion of Building D, Logicor Bucharest I logistics park comprises four buildings with a total area of 125,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse space in a prime location that provides customers with unparalleled public transport connections.
Both international and local companies have already committed to the long-term pre-let of 100% of Building D. Tenants represent a wide range of sectors including FMCG (Kaufland Romania, Top Line Distribution, B&B Romania), Pharma (Fildas Romania), logistics and distribution (Vector International, Pro-Natur, SLS Cargo, Eurovet).
On the back of its successful development and leasing activity and in order to respond to customers’ needs, Logicor is now committed to develop an additional 22,000 sqm built-to-suit warehouse in the park, providing customers with brand-new flexible space and long-term growth potential. Drawing on expertise in high-quality, sustainable modern warehouse design and construction, the new warehouse will target BREEAM Very Good or equivalent standard, including features such as LED lighting and electrical vehicle charging stations.
