Lisbon, 20th January 2025 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, has completed the 10,000 sqm expansion of its Azambuja logistics platform, increasing the area of the existing asset reaching a total area of 85,000 sqm GLA.
Located in one of the main logistics parks in the Lisbon Greater Area, next to the A1 highway and 40 km north of the city, the expansion includes more than 500 sqm of office space and more than 10,000 sqm of warehouse with 18 dock doors.
The logistics hub targets BREEAM Very Good certification and will include a 105kW PV plant, reducing environmental impact and energy consumption.
