Logicor expands its logistics footprint in Azambuja, Portugal

Lisbon, July 2024 – Logicor, leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, is expanding its existing 75,000 m2 logistics space in Azambuja, Portugal, with an additional 10,000 m2 warehouse.
Located in the prime logistics hub of Lisbon area, the extension will target BREEAM Very Good. It will include a 105kW PV plant, reducing environmental impact

The expansion will include around 800 m2 of office space and 16 loading docks, is scheduled to complete by the end of 2024.
