August 25th, 2026 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has welcomed two new customers to Logicor Łódź III, supporting their continued growth through flexible warehouse solutions in one of Poland's most attractive logistics locations. The lease agreements signed with Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) and an aluminium components manufacturer mean that the park's warehouse and production space is now fully occupied, with approximately 1,500 sq m of office space remaining available.

According to real estate advisory firm AXI IMMO, the warehouse market in the Łódź region remains in very good condition. In the first quarter of 2026, the region ranked as Poland's fourth-largest warehouse leasing market, with take-up reaching 228,000 sq m.
TME, an international distributor of a broad range of electronic components, has leased approximately 5,500 sqm of warehouse space. The company supplies electronic components, electrical engineering products, industrial automation solutions and workshop equipment to customers in more than 150 countries, handling thousands of shipments every day.

Logicor Łódź III is located approximately 9 km from Łódź city centre and 8 km from Łódź Lublinek Airport, directly on National Road No. 14, with convenient access to the A2 motorway (Poznań–Łódź–Warsaw) and the A1 motorway (Gdańsk–Łódź–Gliwice).
