Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed lease agreements with a global e-commerce platform for 88,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at two logistics parks in Central Poland.

As part of the transaction, the company has leased 68,000 sqm at Logicor Stryków and 20,000 sqm at Logicor Łódź I, strengthening its logistics network in one of Europe’s key distribution regions.

The growth of the e-commerce sector continues to drive demand for modern logistics facilities in strategic locations. We are pleased that such an important player in this market has selected two Logicor parks as part of the continued expansion of its infrastructure in Poland. The central location, excellent transport connectivity and high standard of our properties provide optimal conditions for sophisticated logistics operations. We are confident that this partnership will support the further growth of our customer’s business in Europe.

Both locations provide excellent conditions for logistics operations on both a domestic and international scale. Logicor Stryków, located in the immediate vicinity of the A1/A2 motorway interchange, offers fast access to Poland’s and Europe’s major transport corridors.

Logicor Łódź I, meanwhile, benefits from the central location of the Łódź region, enabling efficient distribution to key consumer markets and effective nationwide delivery operations.

According to AXI IMMO, in the first half of 2026, the Łódź region remained one of Poland’s most active warehouse markets in terms of occupier demand. With approximately 572,000 sqm of leased space, it ranked third nationwide, behind the Silesia and Lower Silesia regions, and ahead of Mazovia and Greater Poland. Combined, these five markets accounted for more than 81% of total warehouse take-up in Poland

The signing of both agreements confirms the continued interest of international e-commerce companies in modern logistics space in Poland and strengthens Logicor’s position as a partner for global customers expanding their distribution networks across Europe.
