Revilatizaton begins at Logicor Piaseczno Park

November 18, 2025 | Aleksandra Dojnia

18th November 2025: Logicor, one of Europe’s leading owners, developers and managers of logistics real estate, has started a large-scale revitalization of its Logicor Piaseczno logistics park.

The project will focus primarily on Hall B3, with an area of 49,000 m2, which will be divided into smaller units better suited to the needs of the local market.

A comprehensive ESG-focused modernization will directly translate into improved profitability for customers’ operations.

We are seeing growing demand from companies in the Warsaw region for small and medium-sized warehouse space. That is why we decided to convert a large big-box facility into units ranging from 1,700 to 5,700 m2, tailored to the diverse needs of our customers.

Paweł Tarkowski

Senior Asset Manager Logicor Polska

The modernization of the facility will include a comprehensive scope of construction and installation works, with the key objective of aligning the property with the highest market and ESG standards.

Planned upgrades include façade modernization, improved building insulation, installation of an advanced heating and air-conditioning system for office space using heat pumps, and replacement of the warehouse heating and HVAC systems with individual controls.

The entire facility will be equipped with an advanced Smart Metering system, which, combined with the planned BMS control system, will enable monitoring of energy and gas consumption, resulting in lower operating costs for new tenants. The building has already been fitted with a highly advanced LED lighting system with DALI automation. These enhancements will be confirmed with certification at a minimum of BREEAM Excellent level.

Another important element of the investment is the creation of a friendly working environment through green recreational and social areas. The revitalized Logicor Piaseczno Park will benefit from increased biodiversity, attractive and functional spaces with new landscaping elements, and improved pedestrian access. There will also be rest and quiet zones, as well as a park with fruit trees.

At Logicor, we make sure our investments combine operational efficiency with care for the environment. Revitalizing existing warehouses in such unique locations is a far more sustainable solution than constructing new facilities. This approach makes it possible to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 57%, limit the use of additional raw materials and resources, and prevent further land development."

Head of Project Management CEE

The works will begin at the end of 2025 and are scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
