Logicor Serenity Park: The First publicly accessible Green Park in a logistics centre in Poland is now open

October 27, 2025 | Aleksandra Dojnia

27th October, 2025: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe – officially opened the first publicly accessible park in Poland located within a logistics centre. The inauguration of Logicor Serenity Park took place in Mysłowice, attended by representatives of the city authorities, Logicor’s business partners, and local residents, who were the first to explore four hectares of green space designed with ecology, education, and recreation in mind.

Serenity Park is a unique example of integrating industrial infrastructure with nature. The project, fully funded by Logicor – a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe – was created within the Logicor Mysłowice complex, offering both local residents and employees of the industrial park a place for relaxation, inspiration, and connection with nature.

Serenity Park is more than just an investment – it’s our statement of responsible development and commitment to creating shared spaces. We want this place to bring people together, educate, and inspire, showing that logistics and nature can coexist in harmony."

Ernest Ziółkowski

Head of Project Management CEE at Logicor

We are pleased that such a resident - and environment-friendly place has been created in the industrial part of Mysłowice. Logicor demonstrates that modern investments can not only create jobs but also enrich the urban landscape with valuable greenery and recreational areas."

Dariusz Wójtowicz

Mayor of Mysłowice

A green investment for people and nature

The landscape design was created by Katarzyna Kobierska from the KAKobierska studio, who developed a harmonious space combining modern design with biodiversity.

The park’s features include:

  • natural walking and cycling paths
  • rest and community areas
  • creative play zones for children
  • a sunset viewing point
  • educational boards and habitats for wildlife – from insects to birds and mammals

The concept of the park’s vegetation was presented during the event by Karolina Nawrot and Karol Podyma, founders of the Kwietna Foundation, who co-created the natural aspect of the project. Thanks to their involvement, Logicor Serenity Park has become a place that welcomes both people and nature.

Mindfulness workshops – a walk in the rhythm of nature

For the opening day, numerous attractions were prepared for guests, including food truck refreshments and mindfulness workshops in the form of a guided awareness walk through the park. In small groups of up to ten participants, residents followed a designated “path of calm,” discovering simple mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises.
