Huhtamaki Foodservice Poland sign renewal agreement at Logicor Czeladź

8th January 2025: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a lease extension agreement with Huhtamaki Foodser-vice Sp. z o. o. The company occupies 34,600 sqm of warehouse and 2,700 sqm of office space in the entire No. 1 building.

Huhtamaki Foodservice is a subsidiary of Huhtamaki Group, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions. In Poland, it operates as part of Huhtamaki's European division. The company's innovative products protect on-the-go and on-the-shelf food and beverages, and personal care prod-ucts, ensuring hygiene and safety, driving accessibility and affordability, and helping prevent food waste. Huhtamaki is committed to achieving carbon neutral production and designing all our products to be recyclable, com-postable or reusable by 2030. We've chosen the part for its strategic location and availability of well-qualified and skilled labor, geo-graphical location in Silesia area, to serve all Europe from Poland. It's not surprising we are determined to stay in the current location, that provides many benefits and secures the current business commitments. Another reason for staying at this location is the excellent collaboration with the property owner, Logicor Polska, who agreed to make some improvements and additional investments to the property as well as offered new commer-cial conditions to convince Huhtamaki to stay in the existing location”.

The preliminary list includes office and warehouse refurbishment, modifica-tion of the electrical system layout, and car park reconstruction. We'll start to implement them next year. We also keep expanding the modern LED in-stallations into other parts of the building; thus, the whole property will benefit from this solution. After all the work, Huhtamaki will get a brand-new space.”
