Logicor Serenity Park - The Green Heart of an Industrial Space in Myslowice

18th August, 2025: Logicor, one of Europe’s leading logistics real estate owners, managers, and developers, is launching a groundbreaking project in Mysłowice, redefining how green areas around logistics facilities can be developed. Logicor Serenity Park offers nearly 40,000 m² of publicly accessible space within an industrial park, combining ecological, educational, and recreational functions. It is the first initiative of its kind in Poland – fully funded by Logicor.

Logicor Serenity Park will be far from a typical park. It has been designed based on principles of ecology and environmental education, making use of the site’s natural topography.

Key Features of the Park Will Include:

  • Rest and community areas with multifunctional seating and tables
  • Natural walking and cycling paths with varied surfaces
  • Creative play zones for children, featuring footbridges, uneven terrain, and landform structures
  • A scenic viewpoint designed for sunset watching
  • Educational boards showcasing local flora and fauna, encouraging mindfulness
  • Wildlife habitats – from ants and amphibians to birds and mammals

Logicor Serenity Park is being developed right next to the S1 expressway, with convenient access to the A4 motorway and the center of Katowice. The project is part of the Logicor Mysłowice complex, which offers modern, A-class warehouse space. Enhancing infrastructure that supports employees’ quality of life and work – with Serenity Park as a key element – is an important pillar of Logicor’s strategy in Poland.

The new park demonstrates that sustainable development in logistics goes beyond technology and efficiency – it also means caring for the social and natural environment. Very soon, residents of Mysłowice will gain access to a welcoming green space that promotes relaxation, outdoor activity, and stronger community ties.
