Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a lease agreement with Denckermann for 16,370 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Logicor Annopol Park.
Denckermann produces and distributes car parts. The warehouse will be used for distribution throughout Europe. Last year, the company's sales amounted to almost EUR 30 million.
Aleksandra Wolszczak
Operations and HR Director at Denckermann, explains:
Logicor Annopol Park offers us an excellent location on the outskirts of Warsaw and a modern and functional office and warehouse space that fully meets our current and future operational needs. Above all, we focus on the well-being of our employees, which is why the location of the warehouse and a number of Logicor adjustments were an important asset that significantly influenced our decision.”
Paweł Tarkowski
Senior Asset Manager at Logicor Polska, said:
In line with our sustainable strategy the reconstruction will be carried out to make the most of what has already been built—the existing glass structures and other elements of interior design will be preserved, as will small architecture on the outside.
Logicor Annopol Park is located in the heart of Białołęka, about 2 km from Factory Annopol and the interchange of Trasa Toruńska S8 at Łabiszyńska street. The proximity of the Warsaw bypass allows convenient transport of goods to Eastern markets, as well as Western Europe. It will take about 40 minutes to get to Chopin Airport, while it will take about 10 minutes to get to National Route 7 leading towards Gdansk. It is therefore an excellent alternative for companies looking for warehouse space in the north of Warsaw.
