Auchan Poland extends its stay at Logicor Mszczonów

5th December 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of European logistics real estate, has signed a lease extension agreement with Auchan Poland, the Polish arm of the French retail giant.

The agreement covers a total space of 46,300 sqm – comprising 43,790 sqm of warehouse and 2,450 sqm of office space at Logicor Mszczonów where Auchan occupies the entire Building No. 4.

Logicor Mszczonów is a well-established, modern A-class park located southwest of Warsaw. Together with Warsaw’s Inner City, it contributes to Poland’s largest logistics and industrial market. The park is near major transportation routes, including the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway, ensuring excellent connectivity between Warsaw, Lower Silesia, Poznań, and Katowice. The complex comprises six buildings with a total area of nearly 217,000 sqm, designed for both logistics’ operations and light production activities.

Tailor-made solutions have long been a hallmark of Logicor’s offering for customers, added Czaplicki. In Auchan’s case, this involved enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and refreshing office and social spaces.
