Logicor extends the lease with Spedimex for 20,000 sqm in Łódź

Logicor has signed an agreement with Spedimex to extend the lease of 20,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in its logistics park Logicor Łódź I, located within the city of Łódź.

Spedimex is a Polish logistics operator providing solutions for supply chain management. The company has prolonged the lease for the entire Building 2 in Logicor Łódź I logistics park (19,300 sqm of warehouse space and 660 sqm of office space). Spedimex, which has been occupying Builing 2 since 2008, is servicing there one of biggest Polish chain of children's clothing stores.
