Logicor leases the entire 11,090 sqm distribution centre at Edisonstraat 59 to four different customers
Zoetermeer, 10 November 2025 - Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has leased the last available unit of 2,830 sqm at Edisonstraat 59 in Zoetermeer to textile collector Climpex BV. The property is now fully let, demonstrating the high demand for well located, high quality real estate.
