Logicor strengthens position with acquisition in Dordrecht

• Strategically located site on the A16 offers future potential for logistics use
• Logicor acquires 40,000 m² plot and logistics complex from Perridon Holdings

Amsterdam, 1 December 2025 - Logicor, a leading developer, owner, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed the acquisition of a logistics complex at Calandstraat 41 in Dordrecht. The sale by Perridon Holdings includes a plot of approximately 40,000 m² and an existing building of around 16,340 m², located on the Dordtse Kil II business park, directly along the A16.

 

With this acquisition, Logicor strengthens its position in a region with excellent logistical accessibility and growth potential. The location offers direct access to the A16 (Rotterdam–Antwerp) and the A15 (Rotterdam–Nijmegen) and is located a short distance from the Port of Rotterdam and other key logistics hubs in South Holland.
