Logicor leases 8,000 sq m logistics facility in Venray

Amsterdam, 04 September 2025 - Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has leased its distribution centre at Macroweg 13 in Venray to an international logistics provider. The company is leasing the entire 8,000 sq m facility to support the expansion of its operations in the Netherlands.

The distribution centre is located at the Smakterheide business park, a well-established logistics hotspot thanks to its proximity to the A73 and A67 motorways, the German border, multimodal connections and excellent accessibility to major ports such as Rotterdam and Antwerp.

This lease highlights the strategic location and functional quality of this asset within our portfolio. The near-immediate re-letting of the property shows how important flexibility, quality and connectivity are to logistics users in today’s dynamic market.

The distribution centre offers a combination of functional features and safety-focused specifications, including energy-efficient LED lighting and a certified sprinkler system. The unit includes nine loading docks, two overhead doors, a clear height of 12 metres and a floor load capacity of 5,000 kg/m². These features make the building well-suited for modern supply chain operations and align with Logicor’s goal of offering efficient and reliable logistics facilities.
