Amsterdam, 21 November 2022 - Logicor, a leading European owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, completed its third transaction this year with the acquisition of an approximately 80,000 sqm land plot in the direct vicinity of Rotterdam. Logicor purchased the land from a private organisation with a view to future extending its portfolio of long-term real estate investments.
The development site is in the municipality of Lansingerland, only 5 kilometres from Rotterdam. The location provides direct access to highways A4, A13 and A16 via ring road A209 and will significantly benefit from infrastructural improvements in the area such as the extension of highway A16 from 2025 and beyond.
Logicor is committed to collaboration with the municipality for this future development and exploring innovative solutions to make the location a green zone and as sustainable, green and carbon neutral as possible.
