Logicor appoints Alexander van Gastel as Director Netherlands & Belgium

Amsterdam, 2 November 2022 - Logicor, a leading European owner and manager of industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, has appointed Alexander van Gastel (35) as Director for the Netherlands and Belgium. He starts his new role on 1 November 2022 and will report directly to Ronald van der Waals, Managing Director and Regional Head Northern Europe and CEE.

Alexander has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience specifically in transaction advisory and execution both at Colliers and PATRIZIA SE. He joins Logicor from the latter where he was Director Transaction Management. In his role as Director Netherlands and Belgium, Van Gastel will further build up Logicor’s business in these key submarkets within Northern Europe, through asset management, transactions and developments.

The appointment coincides with the opening of Logicor’s new Amsterdam office in the South Axis, where the 10-strong team will be based.

The appointment of Alexander is part of our wider growth strategy for Europe for which we are expanding our teams to reinforce our local presence.
