6 October 2026: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, has completed a new logistics hub in Sordio (Lodi), just 25 kilometres south of Milan. The facility has been leased to one of Europe’s leading parcel delivery and logistics operators under a long-term agreement, reflecting the strong demand for high-quality, strategically located logistics assets in this key market.
The site, acquired through Mazer Fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR, is strategically located at the intersection of the SS9 Via Emilia, the A58 Outer Eastern Milan Ring Road, and the A1 Motorway, with convenient access to both Milan Linate and Orio al Serio airports.
Spanning approximately 23,000 square metres, the hub has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme to meet the tenant’s operational requirements. Loading infrastructure has been reconfigured to include nine HGV loading docks, three ground-level doors, and 58 van loading bays, while the office areas have been expanded through the addition of a new ground-floor extension and mezzanine level.
The facility also incorporates a range of features designed to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. These include a fully integrated LED lighting system, a 550 kWp photovoltaic installation currently under development, and comprehensive electric vehicle charging infrastructure. These measures will support the building in achieving BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification.
