- New site expands Logicor footprint in key markets surrounding Rome
- Developed to high sustainability standards
- Completion scheduled for early 2027
The brownfield site, acquired by the Mazer fund, a Logicor-sponsored closed-end real estate fund managed by Kryalos SGR, covers an area of 95,000 sqm, on which a modern and sustainable logistics building of approximately 38,000 sqm will be developed.
Approximately 16km South of Rome, Pomezia is a key market in Italy where Logicor and Kryalos are focused on growing its presence, supported by high domestic demand for well located logistics real estate.
The project, which will be managed by Techbau as EPC contractor, will be developed to target BREEAM Excellent and will include a 3,500 kWp photovoltaic system, 96 car parking spaces, 20 truck parking spaces and 36 loading bays, ensuring efficient logistics flows and optimized goods handling.
The logistics hub is scheduled for Q2 2027.
