10 January 2025 : Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, welcomes the new customer Monetti S.p.A. in its refurbished logistics hub of Monterotondo (Rome).
The property of over 12,000 square meters, owned by the Thunder II fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR, is located on a plot of land of over 34,000 square meters just 15 km from the capital and near the A1-Autostrada del Sole junction.
The hub, completely renovated and modernized has new loading bays and shelters, electrical and mechanical systems, and has new green areas, is occupied by Monetti S.p.A., an Italian leader in the pharmaceutical sector. It has 300 employees and collaborators and 10,000 customers in Italy and abroad.
