3rd September 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, and Kryalos SGR, a private and independent asset management company among the SGRs "significant by size" according to the definition contained in the Bank of Italy Regulation, have announced the acquisition of 51k sqm land plot in Fara Gera D’adda (BG), which will accommodate a 25k sqm state of the art facility.
The site, acquired by the Mazer Fund, a Logicor-sponsored closed-end real estate fund managed by Kryalos SGR, is strategically located just 35 km away from Milan, 30 km from Linate Airport and 28 km from Orio al Serio Airport (Bergamo), 85 km from Malpensa Airport.
The site is also 12 km away from the entrance to Milan's Tangenziale Est A58, which connects the city with the A1-Autostrada del Sole, A4-Milano Venezia freeway junctions.
The new asset will further expand Logicor's presence in the Milan area and will feature strong focus on sustainability with a 2MW Photovoltaic system, LED lighting, and landscaping to better integrate the project with its surroundings.
