Logicor and Kryalos SGR Announce The Acquisition of a New Warehouse In Sordio, Near Milan

2^nd December 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, and Kryalos SGR, a private and independent asset management company with over € 13 billion of AuM and among the SGRs "significant by size" according to the definition contained in the Bank of Italy Regulation, have announced the acquisition of a new warehouse in Sordio, in the Lodi area.

The site, acquired by the Mazer Fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR and invested by Logicor, covers a total area of approximately 23,000 m². This includes more than 10,000 m² of warehouse space and around 1,500 m² of office space. Additionally, the property features over 3,700 m² of green areas.

The warehouse is strategically located 25km far from Milan, the main logistics hub in Northern Italy, and 15 km from Lodi. The property is well connected to the SS9-Via Emilia, the A58-Tangenziale Est Esterna, the A1-Autostrada del Sole and the Linate and Orio al Serio airports.

Logicor is enhancing the energy efficiency of its warehouse, which already features LED lighting and NFPA sprinklers. Plans include the installation of a photovoltaic system, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles.

With more than 2.6 million sqm in real estate assets, both managed and owned, across regions such as Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia- Romagna and Lazio, Logicor is continuing to grow its presence in Italy by developing and refurbishing logistics hubs in strategic locations for the distribution of goods. Logicor has recently completed several projects in the Milan region, including a new logistics hub in Lainate, and a refurbishment project in Vignate.
