March 30 2026: Logicor has pre-let half of its logistics platform in Beaucaire, France, to Philéa Solutions, a logistics company headquartered in Baillargues (34), specializing in logistics services for manufacturers and e-commerce businesses. Philea Solutions will lease nearly 6,500 sqm.
This agreement comes before the facility is set for full delivery delivery in the coming weeks, demonstrating the demand for well located, sustainably built logistics real estate.
Located in the 120-hectare Domitia Business Park, the new building will offer a total of 12,847 sq m on a 4-hectare site, including 17 loading docks and ample parking.
Its strategic position near Arles, Nîmes, and Avignon ensures easy access to key transport routes.
Designed to the highest standards, the Beaucaire platform is a Class A building with a clear height of 11.5 meters.
It aims for BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and includes LED lighting and electric charging stations.
Philéa Solutions has committed to leasing 6,476 sq m, including 250 sq m of office space, for food storage and distribution activities. The facility has obtained necessary ICPE operating permits and includes a rooftop photovoltaic system with a capacity of 499 kWc.
