Logicor Secures Auchan On A 22,500 Sqm Logistics Platform In Vaulx-Milieu

Paris, 20 November 2025 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, will welcome Auchan Group to its Vaulx-Milieu site (Isère), at the heart of the Parc Technologique Porte de l’Isère. The major retail group has committed to Logicor through a six-year firm lease to occupy an entire 22,500 sqm building.

In early 2026, Auchan Retail Logistique will take possession of Building D (22,500 sqm) within Logicor’s Vaulx-Milieu logistics complex, located between Saint-Quentin-Fallavier and L’Isle-d’Abeau. Comprising four buildings totaling 84,000 sqm, the site enjoys a prime location within France’s leading logistics hub, the Parc Technologique Porte de l’Isère, one of the most sought-after markets for logistics professionals.

Less than 30 kilometres south-east of Lyon, this logistics-driven economic hub benefits from immediate access to major Alpine motorways (A43 and A432) and to regional transport infrastructure. The building selected by Auchan Retail Logistique is configured into five units: four dedicated to the storage and distribution of agri-food products, and one specifically designed to accommodate goods requiring specialised ICPE classifications (oils, spirits, etc.). In a fast-evolving logistics landscape, the international retail leader, advised by its Asset Manager, Nhood, has opted for a modern, high-performance facility to support its operational efficiency and optimise its supply chain across the Lyon region. The leased property is a Grade A building, equipped to the latest standards and located within a secured site operating 24/7.
