Logicor and DSV Contract Logistics Oy continue long-term collaboration with 31,000 sqm lease extension in Kouvola

Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has signed a significant lease extension with its long-term customer, DSV Contract Logistics Oy, for the logistics property located in Kouvola. The agreement covers approximately 31,000 square metres of warehouse and logistics space, reinforcing a partnership that has continued for more than a decade.

The logistics park, located in Tehontie 10, provides strong nationwide connectivity to Finland’s main transport routes and supports DSV Contract Logistics’ distribution network across the country. The location is well-suited to the customer’s operational needs, enabling efficient flows and reliable nationwide distribution.

Kouvola is an important location for our contract logistics operations, where we provide large-scale warehousing for various industrial sectors. In our collaboration with Logicor, long-term partnership, flexibility and versatile space solutions are essential. Thanks to these, we can offer our customers both heated warehouse space and more cost-efficient unheated space.

As part of the renewed lease, Logicor will undertake upgrades to the building’s technical systems to further enhance the property’s energy efficiency and sustainability performance.

We extend our thanks to DSV Contract Logistics for their long-standing commitment to the property and the excellent cooperation that enabled this renewal. The agreement is significant for both parties, supported also by investments planned for the building.
