September 2024 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, will develop a c.28,000 sqm build-to-suit warehouse for an international Group whose core business is the production and distribution of personalised promotional goods.
The new logistics asset will be located in Bráfim, Tarragona, in Barcelona’s third logistics ring, close to the AP-2 highway, with the customer signing a long-term lease for the property.
Construction will start towards the end of 2024 and delivery is expected in the first half of 2026.
Built on an acquired plot spanning more than 44,000 sqm, the warehouse will be designed by Logicor according to the tenant’s requirements and the highest sustainability and safety standards. It will target at least BREEAM Very Good, a will include LED lightings, 12 E charging points and bicycles shelters.
The PV plant on the roof will have a total capacity of 900 kWp and the facility will also have a level 8 risk rating for fire prevention systems.
