Logicor welcomes leading European IT distributor EET Group to a c.20,000sqm warehouse in Greve

Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistic real estate, has signed a long-term lease with EET Group for Ventrupvej 27 in Greve, supporting the IT distributor's ambitious growth plans.

The EET Group services more than 30,000 B2B IT merchants throughout Europe. The property in Greve, 30 minutes south of Copenhagen, will become a central part of its distribution chain.

Located directly on the main highway (20) connecting Denmark with Germany and Sweden, it allows for ease access and distribution efficiency to the Danish and international markets that EET service.

Logicor currently manages c.250,000sqm of logistics and warehouse space across eight Danish properties. The Greve property is a modern warehouse built in 2011, with 13.5m in clear height and an EPC rating of B.

This new partnership shows that the right product in the right location, coupled with continuous investments in sustainable solutions such as a new LED lights, to reduce energy consumption, is a strong combination in the long term.
